Bill’s Thud—Monday, November 11th at 2:00pm and 6:00pm

Join us in celebrating Veteran’s Day with this documentary about the Vietnam War. This event is FREE and open to the public.

Bill’s Thud is the story of a war hero coming home—a story of struggle, sacrifice, heroism, patriotism, and an unthankful betrayal.

We will also screen GI Jews: Jewish Americans in World War II on Veteran’s Day, at 3:20pm. It tells the story of the 550,000 Jewish American men and women who fought in World War II. In their own words, veterans both famous and unknown (from Hollywood director Mel Brooks to former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger) bring their war experiences to life: how they fought for for their nation and their people, struggled with anti-Semitism within their ranks, and emerged transformed, more powerfully American and more deeply Jewish.
