Join us at Circle Cinema on Thursday, June 6th at 2pm or at 6pm as we proudly honor our veterans with a free D-Day 75 event for the public. We invite guests to watch an Oscar-nominated film “D-DAY REMEMBERED” and hear interviews with Oklahoma veterans. In addition, a variety of D-Day memorabilia will be on display in the lobby courtesy of Keith Myers Traveling Military Museum.

About the 60-minute short film: June 6,1944: The Allied forces staged the largest seaborne invasion in history. An award-winning documentary of the invasion of Normandy in World War II, using rare archival films and pictures from British, American, and German archives.

This 1994 American documentary film was directed by Charles Guggenheim for The National D-Day Museum. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.

House organist Phil Judkins will provide walk-in music and play the military theme songs on Circle Cinema’s original 1928 pipe organ prior to showings. Circle Cinema proudly presents this program for its 15th consecutive year. ALL ARE WELCOME!
