Spotlight Director: Charles Perry
Featured at all three days of the Festival

Producer, director, and cinematographer Charles Perry create films that explore race relations, political issues, and interpersonal perspectives. Charles Perry’s first turn as a cinematographer landed him at the Hollywood Film Festival for the short film, 'Scraps'. Always pushing the envelope, director Charles Perry’s mission with motion picture is to tell stories from the perspective of people with little or no voice. Three of his made-in-Oklahoma films will play during the Festival.
