Safety Protocols

Circle Cinema’s COVID-19 protocols have been approved by the Tulsa Health Department as meeting CDC guidelines

-MASKS REQUIRED FOR ALL. No exceptions. Masks must be worn at all times during your visit, and may only be removed briefly to eat or drink once seated inside the theatre. Masks may not be removed in the lobby. Staff will wear masks and gloves at all times.

-NO LATE ADMITTANCE. Please arrive 30min before scheduled showtime. No late admittance will be allowed once the film has started for the safety of guests already in the theatre. If you arrive late with pre-purchased tickets, we will be happy to transfer them to a different showtime or provide a refund.

-Air filtration systems have been upgraded to higher MERV rating standards in order to block smaller recirculating particulates.

-Clear signage and floor markings will direct you to the ticketing line in the lobby area and allow for maintaining social distancing in the lobby. After purchase, concession orders will be prepared and fulfilled at the concession stand across the lobby from the bar.

-Film start times will be staggered to avoid lobby congestion. We also ask that you maintain social distancing with other guests when entering and exiting the theatre.

-The lobby and common seating areas are closed for the time being to prevent large group congregation before and after films.

-Staff thoroughly clean and sanitize theatres in between all shows, including all high touch-point areas like handrails, seats, armrests, and cupholders.

-Credit card payments are preferred.

-An usher will be on hand at the theatre entrance to direct you to your seats. Seating capacity has been reduced to about 25%, and you will see clear indicators of which seats have been blocked off to provide social distancing.

-When possible, we ask that only one person enter the restroom at a time.
