Circle Cinema Reopening Plans & Safety
Circle Cinema staff have worked hard to ensure that your return visit to the theatre will be safe. The ticketing and seating process will be a little different, so here’s a primer on what to expect:
-Mask are required for all guests in common areas. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one on entry. Once seated in the theatre, masks may be removed. Staff will wear masks and gloves at all times.
-Please arrive 30min before scheduled showtime. No late admittance will be allowed once the film has started.
-Clear signage and floor markings will direct you to the ticketing line and allow for maintaining social distancing in the lobby.
-Film start times will be staggered to avoid lobby congestion. We also ask that you maintain social distancing with other guests when entering and exiting the theatre.
-Credit card payments are preferred if possible.
-Seating is now reserved, and an usher will be on hand at the theatre entrance to direct you to your seats. Seating capacity has been reduced to about 25%, and you will see clear indicators of which seats have been blocked off to provide social distancing.
-The amount of time between shows has been increased to a full hour to allow staff enough time to clean and sanitize the theatre, including all high touch-point areas like handrails, seats, armrests, and cupholders.
-East restrooms are closed for the time being. West restroom by the back parking lot are open. When possible, we ask that only one person enter the restroom at a time.
