The 2025 Circle Cinema Film Festival returns for its seventh year. Every year 2,400+ cinephiles gather to get a first look at made-in-Oklahoma short films, documentary, shorts, and films. Not only does the festival serve as a platform for filmmakers to exhibit their work, we also bring in revenue for local businesses and hotels over a five day period.

The Circle Cinema Film Festival returns this July for five days of the best new independent art, music, and film from Oklahoma, and your latest film could be a part of the festival! Submissions are open through Monday, May 19 and selected filmmakers will be notified by Friday, June 14.

After debuting in 2018 as part of Circle Cinema’s 90th birthday celebration, the Circle Cinema Film Festival is back in 2025 for our 97th birthday with an exciting showcase of original storytelling through film, art, music and experiences. The festival brings a stellar lineup of diverse films and special guests to Tulsa. Film programming, with an emphasis on Oklahoma-centric independent films and filmmakers, will include a mix of documentaries and features; new and classic.
