The Second Saturday Silent Series invites you to can experience movies like they did a hundred years ago with authentic accompaniment on a vintage theatre pipe organ! The movie accompaniment will be played by Bill Rowland, and walk-in music by Mike Huffman on the Circle Cinema's original 1928 instrument.
All attendees have a chance to win tickets to see Tulsa Spotlight Theatre’s longest running play “The Drunkard and the Olio” at every 2nd Saturday screening!
Tickets just $8 adults, $5 kids, with support from the American Theatre Organ Society Sooner State Chapter, Tulsa Spotlight Theater, and Arts Alliance Tulsa.
This month, see a trio of silent comedy shorts from 1915! The films feature some of the greatest comedians of the silent era, including "Mabel and Fatty's Married Life" starring Mabel Normand and "Fatty" Arbuckle, "The Bank" featuring Charlie Chaplin, and "Cactus Jim" with Oklahoma's own Tom Mix. Plus, a Felix the Cat cartoon to kick off the show!
