Kicking off the 2026 season, Twisted Arts brings its dazzling drag interpretation of the iconic Chicago: The Musical to the big screen. Set in the glittering, corrupt world of 1920s showbiz, this production follows the ambitious Roxie Hart, the cunning Velma Kelly, and the silver-tongued lawyer Billy Flynn through murder, manipulation, and the pursuit of fame — all with a little razzle dazzle.
The live performance before the film will feature Kallaya ThatDiva, Tia Beaut, Jack Basham, Londenn Davenport Raine, Little Miss MG, Adonia Hunter, and Talon Ray, this one-night-only performance promises to be an unforgettable reimagining of a Broadway classic.
Following the 15min live performance, the feature film will screen.
About the film: 1h53min - Musical - PG-13 - English
Nightclub sensation Velma (Catherine Zeta-Jones) murders her philandering husband, and Chicago's slickest lawyer, Billy Flynn (Richard Gere), is set to defend her. But when Roxie (Renée Zellweger) also winds up in prison, Billy takes on her case as well -- turning her into a media circus of headlines. Neither woman will be outdone in their fight against each other and the public for fame and celebrity.
