Celebrate the bicentennial of Harriet Tubman's birth with a special screening of this Oscar-nominated 2019 biopic. Presented with community partner the University of Tulsa, the screening will include a post-film discussion led by TU's Mary F. Barnard Professor of History Kristen T. Oertel plus a video introduction from director of the film Kasi Lemmons.
