Reel Crafts, the craft-friendly film series from Circle Cinema and Community Craft, begins 2026 with a special tribute to Rob Reiner. We’ll keep the lights half-raised during the film and guests are encouraged to enjoy a personal craft project to work on during the film. Community Craft will be in the lobby with some craft kits on sale before the film, or you can bring your own quiet craft project like knitting, coloring, beadwork, and more. Then at 7pm, Circle Cinema and Community Craft’s Mary Make & Do will introduce the beloved film "When Harry Met Sally..."
Look for more information soon on additional Rob Reiner tribute screenings in January as part of Circle Cinema's programming. We were deeply saddened by the tragic deaths of Rob and his wife Michele, and our thoughts are with the Reiner family. Rob's films meant so much to so many people, and we hope it can be a remembrance of his legacy to see some of his works back on the big screen.

Synopsis: Originally released in 1989 starring Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan, "When Harry Met Sally..." was in the middle of Rob Reiner's legendary run of films including "Stand By Me," "The Princess Bride," "Misery," and "A Few Good Men." The film was nominated for an Oscar for Nora Ephron's screenplay, and is fondly remembered as one of the best romantic comedies of all time. In 1977, college graduates Harry Burns (Billy Crystal) and Sally Albright (Meg Ryan) share a contentious car ride from Chicago to New York, during which they argue about whether men and women can ever truly be strictly platonic friends. Ten years later, Harry and Sally meet again at a bookstore, and in the company of their respective best friends, Jess (Bruno Kirby) and Marie (Carrie Fisher), attempt to stay friends without sex becoming an issue between them.
