The Room returns with Greg Sestero

Oh, hi Mark! The best bad movie of all time returns to Circle Cinema as one of our favorite annual traditions, with special guest Greg Sestero (actor, best-selling author of “The Disaster Artist”) in attendance to provide live commentary during the film and a Q&A after. Tickets on sale now, $20 members and $25 non-members.

Originally released in 2003, “The Room” follows writer/director/actor Tommy Wiseau as an amiable banker who’s seemingly perfect life is turned upside down when his deceitful fiancée embarks on an affair with his best friend Mark (Sestero). The movie was universally panned on release, and has since achieved cult status as audiences revel in how such a bad movie managed to get made. Greg wrote about his bizarre experience making this film in the best-selling book “The Disaster Artist” which was adapted into an Oscar-winning film.
